Service Description

Från sen april till tidig september, erbjuds Sim PT i Öppet vatten, Hellasgården (vid bokning i området city center mejla personligen för att komma överens) Whether you are preparing for your first swim in open water, training for Vansbrosimningen, an Ironman, a triathlon, Swimrun or another open water race, I will help you develop the skills and confidence you need to reach your goal. Open water swimming is very different from swimming in a pool. There are no lane lines to follow, conditions can change, and skills such as sighting, swimming straight, adapting your breathing and staying calm in open water become essential. My goal is to help you feel more confident, more efficient and more in control in the water.
